As a Product Designer at Allo Bank, I handle the end-to-end design process for every project. My work begins with the requirement-gathering phase, where I conduct internal design workshops with Allo Bank employees to gain firsthand insights into their app experiences and identify areas for improvement.

To ensure data-driven solutions, I collaborate with the research team to conduct qualitative research, including usability testing. Using the collected insights, I apply frameworks like the Opportunity Solution Tree and Value-Effort Matrix to prioritize and visualize potential improvements effectively.
